Heather WatsonAs Events & Catering Director, Heather Watson brings extensive experience in the events industry as well as culinary training to a myriad of tasks including marketing, sales outreach, event coordination and catering.

A native of Southern California, Heather has worked on a variety of corporate, private and non-profit projects primarily in New York and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Program at the California Culinary Academy. Heather's love of hospitality is practically genetic; with a father who grew up working at the legendary “21 Club” (a family business) and a grandmother who was a consummate hostess, she is most at home in her role at Grace and BLD.
